Celebrating a milestone!
This weekend, Central Coast Team BEEF will be celebrating our 1 year anniversary at the HOB Fun Run. It's amazing to me that it's only been a year frankly! We've participated in over a dozen races and have grown in number. We now have our own Facebook group that we use to communicate training opportunities and race information, encourage each other, and share news!
